Welcome to Victorious Living Church

Victorious Living Church (Kanisa la Maisha ya Ushindi) is a Christ-centred, Spirit-filled family in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Under the leadership of Bishop John Bagenyeka, we are passionate about worship, the Word of God, and helping every person discover and live the victorious life that Jesus purchased for us.

Our Vision

To raise a generation of believers living in the fullness of the victory of Jesus Christ — whole in spirit, soul and body — and to see Dar es Salaam and the nations transformed by the Gospel of the Kingdom.

Our Mission

We exist to lead people to Jesus, to build them on the solid foundation of God's Word, to empower them by the Holy Spirit, and to send them out to make disciples — winning souls and reproducing the victorious life wherever we go.

What We Believe

• The Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God.
• There is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• In the Lord Jesus Christ — His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension and soon return.
• Salvation is a gift of God received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
• In the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit for every believer today.
• In water baptism by immersion and the Lord's Supper as ordinances of the Church.
• In divine healing and the power of prayer.
• The Church is the body of Christ, called to worship, discipleship and the Great Commission.

Come and Worship With Us

We gather every Sunday for Celebration Service at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with Word & Prayer on Wednesdays and Victory Prayer on Fridays at 6:00 PM. We would love to welcome you and your family.
